TSL’s specialist project teams can design customised power system solutions to meet your technical specifications and performance requirements. Using updated Autocad and ANSYS systems, our Design team ensures customised design and structures that meet engineering standards. We have in-depth knowledge and experience in large pump and generator packages for oil rig installation and platform operations, ocean-going vessels and building construction projects.

• Listed FM/UL fire pump services
• Process pump for terminal operation
• Hydraulic power packs
• Supply of the control panel and systems in accordance with NFPA20 and custom specification
• Fabrication of skid bases to mount the engines and pump systems to NFPA and custom specifications
• Adaptation of the engine package for operation in Hazardous area class 1 Division 2 or Zone 2

Power Generators for Hazardous Areas

• Packaged power packs can be designed to meet requirements for operation in hazardous areas classified as class 1 Division 2 or Zone 2
• Alternators can be Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) and certified to EExe by BASEEFA and the engine adapted for increased safety to EEMUA 107 standard.
